How can I place a wholesale order?

All prior established wholesale customers who have previously ordered with us should go ahead and place the order. All new customers please contact us directly before placing the order, we can be reached at 855-92-VAPOR (928-2767). The reason we ask this is so we can check the entire inventory to ensure that we can fulfill all orders in a timely manner without impacting the stock for our other orders.

Can I cancel my order?

Please keep in mind that your order begins processing immediately after you submit the order. If you wish to cancel (or edit) your order, please contact us within 1-2 hours of placing your order. If you submit an order over the weekend and wish to cancel your order, please contact us by phone or email by Monday morning. This will ensure that the order does not get processed and shipped to you. Once your order moves into the shipping process, it cannot be canceled. If it is shipped out, we would have to wait until it is re-shipped and then follow our return procedures.

What is your return policy?

Walking Vaped allows returns of all unused and unopened products within 14 days following the initial date of your order. If you wish to return an item to us, please contact us at 855-92-VAPOR (928-2767) to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once you have received your RMA number, you may ship the items back to us for a full refund, minus a 15% restocking fee and shipping (if applicable). Please Note: Any damaged or missing items must be reported within 72 hours of receipt. All returns must be accompanied with all accessories and product component parts. Any incomplete unit that is received will be shipped back at the customer’s expense. Returns will not be processed if the conditions of our Return Policy are not entirely met.

What is VG and PG?

VG - Vegetable Glycerine

Vegetable Glycerine (VG) is a substance used to create E-liquids. It is considered a food-grade substance. Vegetable Glycerine is used for household cooking and is commonly found in most stores. The amount of VG used will often determine how smooth and sweet the e-liquid is.

PG - Propylene Glycol

Propylene Glycol (PG) is another food-grade substance used in the production of e-liquid. The amount of PG used to make e-liquid will often determine how much vapor is produced as well as how harsh and tasteful the vapor is. PG is very important during the creation process. PG prevents certain flavors from separating after the mixing process is finished.

Do you ship internationally?

We do not ship internationally at this time. Currently, our products can be shipped within the United States. The only inclusions are Hawaii, Guam, and Puerto Rico.

Where is my order?

There could be numerous reasons why your order did not arrive at the scheduled time. Please check the tracking number for your order to ensure the delivery of your package. We also want to inform you that once the package is picked up by a third party shipper and departs our facility, all your questions regarding the shipment should be directed to your local postal service.

Do you charge product sale tax?

We charge 7% sales tax for Florida only.
